Meal plan for week starting 14 January

Monday 14th

Egg and toast or cereal and rice milk, vegetable salad and minute steak, chicken schnitzel, soup and foccacia

Tuesday 15th

Porridge (rice or oat), omelette, meatloaf, steamed veges and potatoes

Wednesday 16th

French toast, chicken and salad wraps, soup from freezer and lamb cutlets

Thursday 17th

Porridge, eggs on toast or minute steak and salad, mountain bread nachos and pear crumble

Friday 18th

Couscous with pear and cashews, egg or chicken and salad wraps, pizza or sausage rolls and lettuce wedges

Saturday 19th

Couscous with pear and cashews, leftover sausage rolls or pizza, chicken risotto and salad

Sunday 20th

Porridge, pancakes or brown sugar scrolls, roast lamb or chicken and bakes veges
