Meal plan for week starting 21st January

Monday 21 January
Vitabrits or rice porridge, chicken schnitzel and lettuce wraps, veggie sticks, meatloaf and pasta

Tuesday 22
French toast or toasted sandwiches with leftover meatloaf, pasta and platter of pears and veggies, Lebanese bread pizza

Wednesday 23
Pikelets with stewed pear, sandwiches with pear jam or cream cheese, chicken risotto

Thursday 24
Vitabrits or rice porridge, platter of pears and veggies, chicken and potato wedges, lamb chops and steamed veggies

Friday 25
Puffed rice or buckwheat, Pikelets with pear jam, meatballs and potato wedges with salad

Saturday 26
French toast, FS sausages on bread rolls with lettuce, Anzac biscuits, roast chicken and baked veggies

Sunday 27
Wraps with egg or cream cheese or leftover chicken, minute steak sandwiches, veal cutlets with potato chunks and coleslaw
