Sunday 7th April
Breakfast: porridge, rice milk, peeled apple
Snack: hummus and veggie sticks
Lunch: eggs and salad, buckwheat crackers
Snack: pear, 10 cashews
Dinner: steak, baked veggies, pear crumble

Monday 8th April
Breakfast: porridge, rice milk, apple
Snack: hummus and rice crackers
Lunch: chicken wrap and pumpkin soup
Snack: boiled egg
Dinner: veal schnitzel, steamed veggies, rice

Tuesday 9th April
Breakfast: brown rice, cashews, peeled apple
Snack: buckwheat crackers and pear jam
Lunch: red lentil Dahl
Snack: veggie and apple slices
Dinner: chicken legs, steamed veggies, mashed potato

Wednesday 10th April
Breakfast: porridge with rice milk
Snack: carrot and pear cake
Lunch: chicken salad
Snack: buckwheat crackers with hummus
Dinner: steak and soup with croutons

Thursday 11th April
Breakfast: brown rice, cashews, peeled apple
Snack: veggie sticks and hummus
Lunch: rice cake thins, egg and grated carrot
Snack: soup
Dinner: chicken schnitzel, baked veggies

Friday 12th April
Breakfast: porridge with rice milk
Snack: boiled egg
Lunch: soup and chicken wrap
Snack: buckwheat crackers and cashew paste
Dinner: lamb cutlets, steamed veggies and mash

Saturday 13th April
Breakfast: homemade muesli bar
Snack: rice milk shake
Lunch: steak sandwich
Snack: peeled apple and veggie sticks
Dinner: out for dinner
