Meal plan: 27 October

Monday: Chicken and lentil soup or Lamb and rice noodle soup

Tuesday: Chicken schnitzel with pear and quinoa salad

Wednesday: Family chicken and corn pie (not low chemical due to salicylates and glutamates in the corn, left out bacon, used dairy-free margarine and sunflower oil)

Thursday: Okonomiyaki (vegetable pancakes), green salad, lamb chops

Friday: Sausage rolls and leftover salad

Saturday: Lebanese bread and beef mince patties (beef mince, puffed amaranth, sautéed and pureed brussels sprouts, leek, choko); rice paper rolls with chicken and vegetables

Sunday: Baked oatmeal; sausages (same ingredients as beef mince patties from Saturday); wombok salad; pear crumble and icey-ricey ice-cream
