Meal plans: 3 November 2014

Monday: Baked oatmeal (leaving out raisins and cinnamon, and using baby pear puree instead of applesauce); Chick-chick burgers, pear ketchup and lettuce on bread; Shepherds pie

Tuesday: Cereal (Vitabrits or porridge) and fresh pear; Sandwiches and vege sticks; Baked chicken, rice and green salad

Wednesday: Homemade sausages, potato wedges and vegetable soup

Thursday: Lamb cutlets, green beans, mashed potato

Friday: Calzone with chicken and pear ketchup, cabbage salad

Saturday: Pancakes and fruit; Chicken legs with potato wedges, sweet potato and leek

Sunday: Baked oatmeal; Three-minute noodles; Couscous with leftover roast veg, steak; pear teacake
