Monday: Chicken legs and okonomiyaki (Japanese pancakes with potato, cabbage and shallots)
Tuesday: Veal schnitzel with mashed potatoes, lentil mash and green beans
Wednesday: Lamb cutlets with leftover mash and green salad (lettuce, cabbage, choko, green beans, shallots). Cooking biscuits to freeze for Saturday’s party.
Thursday: Lamb and risoni salad. Trial of pear slushies for party, maybe using green smoothie recipe.
Friday: Steak sandwiches with homemade potato wedges
Saturday: An birthday afternoon tea at our house: pinwheel and butterscotch cookies, cucumber sandwiches (salicylates), caramel cupcakes (The Failsafe Cookbook), popcorn (salicylates + glutamates), pear slushies. There is also a great birthday party menu here, if you’re interested! Beef stir fry for dinner with wheat noodles.
Sunday: Salad rolls, soup from freezer
