Meal plan: Week starting 19th Jan

Monday: Beef strips with no-tomato sauce and pasta or Lasagne with GF herb and garlic bread (recipe from Kersten’s Kitchen Thirty Second Baking) and lettuce

Tuesday: Beef stew with buttermilk dumplings (adapted from Thermomix ‘Cooking on a Budget’) and green beans

Wednesday: Chicken chow mein or chicken and cashew with noodles or Wombok salad with chicken

Thursday: Beef burgers with homemade potato wedges

Friday: Lamb cutlets, mashed potato and green beans. Caramel chomeur (from Thermomix ‘Cooking on a Budget’)

Saturday: Chicken and grilled zucchini (mod salicylates if peeled) in GF pita pockets (recipe from Kersten’s Kitchen Thirty Second Baking)

Sunday: Steak, BBQ leek rings and potato slices, and green salad. Quarter Cake (from Thermomix ‘Cooking on a Budget’)

Snacks: Meat and veg triangles, chick-chick patties, muesli balls
