Meal plan: Week starting 26th January

Monday: Pancakes or French toast for breakfast, leftover spaghetti with no-cheese sauce for lunch, red lentil soup and damper rolls for dinner.

Tuesday: Lunchbox preparation: Pear muffins, muesli balls, red bean dip. Dinner: Lamb chops, green beans and potatoes.

Wednesday: Rice paper rolls for lunch. Creamy chicken and swede soup with dinner rolls. Make chick-chick patties for freezer.

Thursday: Sausage rolls and no-tomato sauce. Make Meat and veg triangles for freezer.

Friday: Chicken and leek pizza with no-tomato sauce. Make vegetable stock concentrate.

Saturday: Chicken and couscous salad. Baked oatmeal for breakfast tomorrow.

Sunday: Chicken kebabs, homemade ‘sausages’, plain bread rolls, cabbage salad, green salad. Quarter cake from Thermomix ‘Cooking on a Budget’.
