Meal plan: Week starting 2 Feb

Monday: Roast chicken, potato slice from Friendly Food, green beans

Tuesday: Meatloaf, rice and green salad

Wednesday: Stir fried beef and noodles

Thursday: Chicken legs, miracle mash (so good Mr 4 wants it for breakfast!) and greens

Friday: Veal calzone (using pizza dough from bread maker or Thermomix recipe books) and green salad

Saturday: Steak, potato wedges, coleslaw

Sunday: Pancakes for breakfast, Rice paper rolls (fresh or baked)
