Wednesday: Chicken kebabs (plain or marinated in pear and celery marinade from The Failsafe Cookbook) with bread rolls and salad
Thursday: Irish Stew with rice or couscous
Friday: Chicken schnitzel, rice and veggie sticks. Icey ricey ice-cream sandwiches (rice milk icecream between two butterscotch biscuits, both from The Failsafe Cookbook).
Saturday: BBQ Steak and homemade potato wedges and sweet potato wedges (mod salicylates)
Sunday: Sausage rolls with no-mato sauce and green salad
