Meal plan: Week starting 16 March

Monday: lentil mash and salad for lunch, beef stir fry and rice for dinner

Tuesday: chicken and lettuce wrap for lunch, shepherds pie for dinner

Wednesday: veal schnitzel, noodles and lettuce

Thursday: potato and leek soup with chicken schnitzel

Friday: homemade pizza and green salad

Saturday: beef steak and potato wedges with green beans

Sunday: lamb cutlets with mash (hidden vegies)
