Meal plan: Week starting 27 April

Monday: Vegetable stock paste. Chicken noodle soup.

Tuesday: Sausage rolls and warm salad: swede, potato, brussels sprouts, sweet potato (moderate), parsnip (moderate) with pear ketchup dressing.

Wednesday: Roast beef, potatoes and vegetables

Thursday: Gado gado with rice or noodles

Friday: Jacket potatoes with savoury mince and beetroot salad

Saturday: Steak and leftover potatoes and salad

Sunday: Chick-chick patties, bread rolls and shredded lettuce and shallots

Snacks: Chickpea devilled eggs, high protein rice custard and muesli balls from A Pinch of Smiles and a Dash of Happiness
