Meal plan: Week starting 11 May

Monday: Roast vegetable and lentil soup

Tuesday: Wombok salad with chicken

Wednesday: Lamb cutlets with green beans and mash

Thursday: Veal meatballs with pasta and no-mato sauce

Friday: Chicken or veal schnitzel, lettuce and bread rolls. Marshmallow slice from The Failsafe Cookbook.

Saturday: Chicken parcels from The Failsafe Cookbook for lunch. Steak with potato salad and Mighty Mayo for dinner.

Sunday: Roast chicken, couscous and roast vegetable salad.
