Meal plan: Week starting 25th May

Monday: Chicken koftas with cashew cream, couscous and steamed vegies

Tuesday: Beef mince, finely chopped choko and shallots, pear ketchup and wholemeal spaghetti

Wednesday: Steak and whiskey pot pie

Thursday: Creamy swede and lentil soup with brioche rolls (no sesame seeds!)

Friday:  Sausage rolls and mixed lettuce salad (fancy lettuce are moderate salicylates)

Saturday: Wombok salad with chicken *the dressing on this salad is excellent*

Sunday: Roast beef with crunchy potatoes and green beans
