Meal plan: Week starting 1 June

Monday: Chicken schnitzel and okonomiyaki

Tuesday: Meatloaf (I plan to make double and freeze one) with mashed potato and steamed veg (adapt this Thermomix recipe or use a steamer, with vegetables you can tolerate)

Wednesday: Moroccan lemon lamb tagine with couscous and green beans

Thursday: Lamb chops with Irish potato bread, steamed Brussels sprouts and swede

Friday: Homemade pizza (chicken and leek or beef mince with ‘that cheese sauce‘) and veggie sticks

Saturday: Marinated lamb backstrap, barbequed and sliced into green salad with homemade croutons (I like the pear and celery marinade from The Failsafe Cookbook)

Sunday: Roast chicken and vegetables (butternut pumpkin and sweet potato (both moderate salicylates), potato and choko)
