Meal plan: Week starting 22nd June

Monday: Chicken drumsticks with pear and celery marinade (I needed to cook this for an hour in my Thermomix last time, depends on size of your chicken drumsticks), steamed veggies and FS fried rice

Tuesday: Minute steak sandwiches

Wednesday: Pesto chicken and pasta with steamed vegetables

Thursday: Beef salad (moderate salicylates) with baked or boiled potatoes

Friday: Homemade pizza with veal mince, ‘that’ cheese sauce and no-mato sauce and leftover salad

Saturday: Chicken enchiladas and green salad

Sunday: Spaghetti and mince with leftover no-mato sauce
