Meal plan: Week starting 6 July

Monday: Lamb cutlets, vegetable croquettes and green beans

Tuesday: Roast chicken and vegetables (swede, potato, leeks, brussels sprouts) with chilli pear ketchup

Wednesday: Veal meatballs (500g veal mince, 1/2 cup rice crumbs, pinch of salt, add grated veggies as desired), pasta with pear ketchup and cabbage salad

Thursday: Failsafe Pad Thai

Friday: Beef samosas with pear chutney

Saturday: Lamb and vegie casserole

Sunday: Minute steak strips on mountain bread wraps with hommous and salad
