Monday: Baked chicken with failsafe fried rice and Howard’s butter cabbage (from The Failsafe Cookbook)
Tuesday: Spaghetti with leftover mince and vegetable sauce
Wednesday: Failsafe risotto (don’t add the optional cheese, unless amines are tolerated). I’ll probably leave out the chicken, increase vegies and make lamb chops on the side.
Thursday: Leftover beef samosas with green salad. Pear crumble from The Failsafe Cookbook.
Friday: Homemade pizza with chicken and leek and “that cheese sauce”
Saturday: Steak, potato and choko wedges and salad
