Thursday: Potato cakes with roast chicken legs and failsafe coleslaw (cabbage, celery, chives, carrot and peeled Red Delicious apple for moderate sals, with Mighty Mayo dressing from The Failsafe Cookbook)
Friday: Chicken veloute meal from the Thermomix ‘Basic Cookbook’ – potato and leek soup with steamed veggies and chicken. Use low chemical veggies (leek, brushed potatoes, parsley and chives) and no mustard.
Saturday: Beef stir fry with udon noodles
Sunday: BBQ Lamb chops with mashed potato and green beans
