Meal plan: Week starting 21 September

Monday:  Chow mein with leftover rice, beef mince, cabbage, shallots, garlic and golden syrup

Tuesday: Chicken legs with potato wedges and coleslaw with Mighty Mayo

Wednesday: Lamb chops with mashed potatoes and green beans

Thursday: Chicken balls and noodles in broth

Friday: Beef samosas with pear chutney

Saturday: Steak with crispy potatoes and green salad

Sunday: Baked chicken thighs with wheat noodles and green bean salad with egg topping

Snack preparation: Vegie sticks with red kidney bean dip from The Failsafe Cookbook; Cashew butter on pear slices; Boiled eggs
