Tuesday: Roast chicken dinner with rice and baked potato, swede, sweet potato (mod sals) and green beans
Wednesday: BBQ steak and failsafe sausages with potato salad and veggie sticks
Thursday: Red lentil soup from The Failsafe Cookbook with meatballs and rice
Saturday: Chicken congee with shallots and green beans (cook chicken legs in water until done, then remove and add rice and simmer to form a porridge; shred chicken and add back with shallots and finely sliced green beans).
Sunday: Brown rice and lentil salad with steamed chicken
