Meal plan: Week starting 5 October

Monday: Failsafe ‘pad thai’

Tuesday: Lamb cutlets, veggie sticks and brown rice

Wednesday: Baked chicken, steamed green beans and rotmos (mixed mashed root veg)

Thursday: Lamb kebabs, with salad and tortillas 

Friday: Sausage rolls (beef or chicken) with leftover salad and rotmos

Saturday: Baked chicken legs with rice and chopped salad e.g. beetroot (mod sals) or coleslaw

Sunday: Meatloaf with roast potatoes and green salad

Snacks: Failsafe ‘sushi‘, boiled eggs, rice paper rolls, leftover tortillas with vegemite substitute
