Meal plan: Fortnight starting 23 November

Monday: Spring rolls or fresh spring rolls from Friendly Food

Tuesday: Baked chicken thighs with lentil and potato bake from Friendly Food; or creamy garlic chicken risotto

Wednesday: Hamburgers with homemade rolls and potato wedges. Freeze extra burger patties for next week.

Thursday: Lamb and celery satay or lamb with swede puree with pear and bean salad from Friendly Food.

Friday: Failsafe sausages with green beans vinaigrette or sprout and cabbage salad from Friendly Food.

Saturday: Glazed chicken drumsticks or crunchy coated chicken and spring salad with cashew nut dressing from Friendly Food

Sunday: Steak or lamb chops and leftover salad with mashed potato
