Meal plan: Week starting 7th December

Monday: Red soup from The Failsafe Cookbook with Five Seed Bread (with failsafe substitutions) from The Basic Cook Book (Thermomix).

Tuesday: Savoury mince and rice (Kye Sie Mum) with lettuce and celery. Pear bread to bake. Pear ketchup to prepare.

Wednesday: Veal schnitzel with noodle and cabbage salad or coleslaw. Make Mighty Mayo.

Thursday: Baked chicken thighs with potato wedges and green bean salad from The Failsafe Cookbook. Or green bean salad with egg topping.

Friday: BBQ Steak with rice salad.

Saturday: Rissoles with mashed potato and green beans.

Sunday: Pancakes for breakfast. Failsafe sausages with coleslaw, potato salad and green salad from The Failsafe Cookbook.
