Monday: Chicken and leek mini-pizzas with iceberg lettuce salad

Tuesday: Lamb cutlets and besan bombs from The Failsafe Cookbook with rice

Wednesday: Failsafe pad thai

Thursday: Clayton’s chicken curry and rice

Friday: Glazed meatloaf and baked vegetables (potato, swede, choko wedges)

Saturday: Breakfast for dinner: failsafe sausages, poached eggs and homemade hash browns

Sunday: Crunchy chicken from Friendly Food cookbook with bread rolls and salad
