Tuesday: BBQ lamb chops with risoni, celery, green bean and chive salad
Wednesday: Mini chicken and celery pesto pizza pockets
Thursday: Mini lamb meatloaves and veggie sticks
Friday: Beef and red kidney bean nachos with mountain bread chips and “that cheese sauce” (no cheese!)
Saturday: Rice paper rolls with veal mince, pear ketchup, lettuce, chives, green bean strips and grated carrot (moderate salicylates).
Sunday: Chicken enchiladas and green salad
