Meal plan: Week starting 11 January

Monday: Lamb cutlets with couscous and steamed vegetables (Brussels Sprouts, swede, potato, green beans)

Tuesday: Chicken stir fry with celery, green beans, garlic and Magic Sauce

Wednesday: Beef samosas with pear chutney

Thursday: Homemade burgers: beef and vegetable patties, iceberg lettuce, fried leek rings, pear ketchup

Friday: Steak, focaccia and salad

Saturday: Failsafe sausages with mashed potato and green beans

Sunday: Baked chicken and mixed wedges: potato, swede, choko, sweet potato (mod salicylates)
