Meal plan: Week starting 18 January

Monday: Glazed meatballs with mashed potato and green beans

Tuesday: Chick-chick wraps with iceberg lettuce, pear ketchup and homemade rolls

Wednesday: Lamb chop tagine with couscous

Thursday: Mini-meatloaves and baked vegetables

Friday: Wombok salad with chicken

Saturday: Steak with damper and green salad

Sunday: Rissoles with potato wedges and veg sticks or beef burgers
