Meal plan: Week starting 8 Feb

Monday: Roast vegetable and lentil soup with lamb cutlets and okonomiyaki

Tuesday: Chicken tenders with leftover soup and garlic bread. Pear and vegetable bread.

Wednesday: Sang choy bau (savoury mince in lettuce cups) with rice

Thursday: Beef burgers (moderate salicylate) with homemade potato wedges

Friday: FS leek and deli chicken mini pies and salad

Saturday: Crispy tofu stir fry or stir fry with beef strips

Sunday: Pear crumble layered dessert or baked French toast for Valentine’s Day. BBQ lamb backstrap with celery cashew pesto and salad for dinner.
