Wednesday: Pizza pockets with diced cooked choko and potato, chicken mince and no-mato sauce with a mixed lettuce salad (moderate salicylates for varieties other than iceberg)
Thursday: Mountain bread wraps with mini veal rissoles, lettuce and Mighty Mayo
Friday: ‘Lemon’ tempura chicken with steamed vegetable and rice
Saturday: Lamb roast with swede, choko, potato, sweet potato (moderate salicylates) and steamed green beans or maybe the BBQ version: lamb shanks, scallops and potatoes, yum!!
Sunday: Failsafe pad thai
