Meal plan: Week starting 22 February

Monday: Chicken and couscous salad

Tuesday: Sunshine yellow soup and seeded breadsticks (two of my own recipes!)

Wednesday: Plain beef or chicken kebabs with parsley and cashew pesto. Pear and quinoa salad (I’ll make it with brown rice as quinoa isn’t well-tolerated in our family).

Thursday: Beef/lamb/chicken salad (moderate salicylates if made as per recipe) and Miracle Mash

Friday: Baked rice paper spring rolls

Saturday: BBQ Steak with lentil and rice salad (moderate salicylates if made as per recipe)

Sunday: Roast chicken with potatoes and garlicky green beans
